You will receive an annotated copy of your transcript in the mail. You can also find a copy of your transcript on Student Connect. Review your entire transcript for accuracy.

ALL STUDENTS:

Credits: Review the number of credits completed in the top right corner. A typical student starting 12th grade should have 180+ credits completed.
Courses Taken Outside of ERHS/CNUSD: IF you have taken courses outside of ERHS/CNUSD/Dual Enrollment, be sure these courses are transcribed onto the transcript. Courses from other schools (including Concurrent Enrollment at Norco College) will be added only if you provided an official (unopened) transcript to the ERHS Registrar. If you are missing a course, get an official transcript to the registrar ASAP.
Check for Correct Information: Check that your legal full name, address, phone number, date of birth etc. are correct. Changes can be made on Parent Connect.

eSTEM STUDENTS:

STEM Four Year Plan: Cross-reference your transcript with the STEM four year plan to ensure you’re adhering to it the best you can. Double check that the pathway I circled is the one you followed.
STEM Stole Requirements: I’ve indicated on your transcript if you are on track for the STEM Stole.
