All applicants must be...

1. Currently a High School Senior.
2. Applying to enroll in a Junior or 4-year College or University, or a Trade or Business School
3. Official Resident of the United States
4. A Luso-American Fraternal Member in good standing for two years if applying for (F-1) - (F-8).

• Completed Scholarship Application
• Proof of GPA. Your most recent official school transcript required.
• Two Letters of Recommendation; At least one must be from a Teacher or Counselor
• Most recent wallet sized photo of yourself (e-mail to [email protected]) and must include your full name.
