SCHOLARSHIP

• Must be an ERHS football player for a minimum of 4 years and have finished his/her senior season.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 .
• Must plan to attend a 2 or 4-year college/university

• ERHS Football Scholarship Application (fillable PDF)
• Copy of your unofficial transcript (download from Parent or Student Connect under "Student Documents"
• Two letters of recommendation: Request for Letter of Recommendation (fillable PDF)
• Essay Topic-Please include all prompts in your essay
  
  “Think about the role football has played in your life beyond the field.”
• 1. Share a story about how Roosevelt Football has connected you to your family, friends and community.
• 2. What values have you learned that you carry with you?
• 3. Discuss one person who has impacted your Football career and the impression that they have left on you as you prepare for college.
• 4. How would this scholarship enable you to further those values in your academic and athletic pursuits? 

Selection Process:

• • Selected by ERHS Football Boosters Committee.
• • Coaches, Booster and Teachers players are eligible to apply.
• • Boosters who have a player applying will abstain from voting.
• • Booster President will not vote and will present the applications to the board.
• • This is a blind vote, the Boosters voting will not know the players name prior to the reading of the scholarship applications.
