I am incredibly honored to serve as the principal of Eleanor Roosevelt High School. I take great pride in our exceptional staff, who are dedicated to ensuring that every student feels seen, heard, valued, and supported each day.
ERHS has a long-standing tradition of excellence. As a California Distinguished School and recipient of the prestigious Golden Bell Award, we are proud of our strong academic foundation and our commitment to preparing students for success beyond high school.
What truly makes Roosevelt special, however, is our people. Our students, staff, and families have built a culture rooted in high expectations, meaningful relationships, and a genuine sense of belonging. We celebrate the incredible diversity of our school community and believe it is one of our greatest strengths. Every student has a voice, and every student has a place at ERHS.
Beyond the classroom, Roosevelt offers an unmatched high school experience. From highly competitive athletic teams to award winning band and theater programs, students have countless opportunities to pursue their passions. We also offer an extensive selection of academic programs, including Career Technical Education pathways in fields such as welding, construction, and law enforcement, as well as Dual Language Immersion, Puente, Umoja, AVID, STEM, and Dual Enrollment opportunities. With more than 120 student clubs and organizations, every Mustang can find a place to connect, grow, and thrive.
